1. About the App and contact
Lovella for Android (the "App") offers entertainment conversations with fictional characters. Their replies are generated by artificial intelligence. The characters are not real people, doctors or emergency services.
This policy explains what data the developer of the Lovella App ("we") processes and how you control it. For any question about your data, email astropersona686@gmail.com.
The App is intended only for people aged 18 and over.
2. Data we process
- Account and device. On first launch the App creates a guest account. We store its identifier, an installation identifier and an irreversible hash of the device identifier. The hash is used for the daily message limit and to restore a guest account after a reinstall.
- Email (optional). If you add an email in Profile, we store the address and send one-time confirmation codes to it, and support-reply emails unless you turned them off.
- Profile: your name, gender (for correct grammar) and the device time zone.
- Conversations: chat messages, character memory, conversation preferences, story progress.
- Support and reports: your requests and any screenshot you choose to attach. If you report a character's reply, we keep the text of that reply and your reason so a moderator can review it. With your separate consent we also receive technical diagnostics: app version, device model and Android version, language, connection type.
- Notifications: your push token and notification settings.
- Technical data: the consents you gave and their time, message counters, and your IP address when the App contacts our server (it is not saved to your profile).
- Analytics: anonymous usage events (for example "screen opened" or "message sent") without message text and without a link to your account. With them the analytics service receives the Google advertising ID, device model, Android version and an approximate region derived from the IP address. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings.
We do not request location, contacts, microphone, camera or access to your photos.
3. Why we process data
- to run your account and restore it after a reinstall;
- to generate character replies and keep the memory you control;
- for message limits, moderation and abuse prevention;
- to answer support requests and send the notifications you enabled;
- to improve the App using usage statistics and to measure our ad campaigns;
- to comply with the law.
4. Artificial intelligence
Before your first message the App asks for separate consent to share data with our AI providers. Without that consent no messages are sent to characters.
AI providers receive your message, recent conversation history, your name and gender, conversation preferences, character memory and your local time, only as much as a reply needs. They do not receive your account identifier, email or sign-in credentials. We do not allow your data to be used to train models.
You can withdraw consent in Profile. After withdrawal no new messages are sent to AI providers. Do not send passwords, documents or other confidential information in chat.
5. Who receives data
We do not sell data, do not show ads in the App and do not share data with ad networks. Data goes only to services that work for us: AI providers (with your consent), hosting of our servers and database, email and push-notification delivery, and analytics. Each receives only what its task needs.
Lovella's servers are located in Russia. AI providers and the email and push-notification services are located outside Russia, including in the USA. Data may also be disclosed when lawfully required by public authorities.
6. Retention and deletion
Your profile, conversations, memory and support requests are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Confirmation codes, support screenshots, invalid push tokens and daily counters are deleted automatically within 30 days. The text of a reply you reported is deleted 90 days after the review. AI providers keep requests for no longer than 30 days. Analytics is not linked to your account and is kept under the analytics service's terms.
In the App you can delete individual chats, view and delete character memory, withdraw AI consent, manage notifications and delete your account: Profile → Delete account. After deletion all sessions are revoked and your personal data is deleted. Only the device identifier hash (so the daily limit does not start over) and data we are legally required to keep remain, without a link to your account. To request a copy of your data, a correction or the deletion of specific data, email astropersona686@gmail.com. We will reply within the period required by law.
7. Security and children
We use encrypted connections, hashing of tokens and identifiers, and restricted access to data. No system is perfectly secure.
The App is not intended for anyone under 18. If you learn that a minor is using it, email us and we will delete the account.
8. Changes
We announce changes to this policy in the App. If a change requires new consent, we will ask for it before that processing starts.
