How to delete your account in the app
1. Open Lovella and go to Profile. 2. Tap Delete account: Profile → Delete account. 3. Confirm the deletion. If an email is linked to the account, the app asks for a code sent to that address.
Deletion starts at once. All sessions are revoked, then the account data is deleted.
If you no longer have the app
- Account with an email. Email astropersona686@gmail.com from that address with the subject "Account deletion". We will reply to that address to confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days of confirmation.
- Guest account without an email. Install Lovella again on the same device. The app restores the guest account; then delete it in Profile. Without the app we cannot tell which guest account is yours.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, gender, time zone), chats, character memory, story progress, conversation preferences, reports of character replies, support tickets and attachments, push token and notification settings, email, sessions and sign-in data.
What is kept
- The device identifier hash, without a link to the account, so the free daily message limit cannot be obtained again.
- Data we are legally required to keep, for the period the law requires.
- Anonymous analytics; it is not linked to the account.
- AI providers keep requests for no longer than 30 days.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
In the app you can delete individual chats, delete or fully reset character memory and withdraw AI-processing consent. Send other data requests to astropersona686@gmail.com.
