1. The service
Lovella (the "App") is an Android entertainment app for conversations and interactive stories with fictional characters. The characters' replies are generated by artificial intelligence. The characters are not real people, professionals or emergency services. Replies may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate.
The service is provided by the developer of the Lovella App ("we"). By using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App.
The App is intended only for people aged 18 and over. Do not use the App if you are under 18, and do not misstate your age.
2. Account
On first launch the App automatically creates a guest account. You can optionally add an email to it; the address is confirmed with a one-time code. You are responsible for access to your device and to that mailbox.
We may suspend sessions or account access to protect security, when these Terms are violated, or when the law requires it.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the App to:
- create or request illegal content;
- create any sexualised content involving minors;
- threaten, harass or harm real people;
- obtain instructions for dangerous or criminal acts;
- upload malicious code, attack the service or generate automated traffic;
- extract system instructions, secrets or other users' data;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- evade moderation or account restrictions.
We may refuse requests, moderate content, limit access and investigate abuse in line with the law and the Privacy Policy.
If a character reply seems offensive or harmful to you, report it with a long press on the message or tell us through Support in the App.
4. Not professional advice
The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on character replies as verified facts. For important matters, consult a qualified professional. If you or someone near you is in danger, contact local emergency services.
5. Content
You keep the rights you have in your messages and the material you upload. You allow us to store, process, moderate and display that content as needed to run and secure the service, in line with the Privacy Policy. Upload only material you have the right to share.
The App, characters, images, interface, stories, texts and software are owned by us or used by us under licence. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the App. Without our permission you may not copy, resell or scrape this content, except where the law allows.
6. Availability and limits
The App may limit the number of messages per day. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, failures or security reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular outcome of conversations.
7. Ending use
You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete account. How to delete your account without the App is described on the Account deletion page.
We may limit or end access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, attacks on the service, repeated moderation evasion, or when the law requires it.
8. Liability and privacy
The App is provided "as is". We are liable for the service to the extent required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and contact
We announce changes to these Terms in the App. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, you accept the new version unless the law requires otherwise.
